２０２６年８月１０日（月）１１日（火）のNHK番組「きょうの料理」に柳原尚之が出演します。
「おかず青年隊のとうもろこし＆ズッキーニレシピ」特集です。
柳原尚之は１日目に「とうもろこしのやたら漬け」、「焼きとうもろこしと鶏むねの炊き込みご飯」、２日目に「ズッキーニの豚みそ田楽」、「ズッキーニのすりながし」の料理を紹介します。
陳健太郎さん、きじまりゅうたさんによる、とうもろこし・ズッキーニの夏らしく美味しいレシピもたくさんです。

Naoyuki Yanagihara Appears on NHK's ”Kyo no Ryouri” on August 10 and 11
Naoyuki Yanagihara will appear on NHK's ”Kyo no Ryouri” on Monday, August 10, and Tuesday, August 11, 2026.
The two-day special, “Okazu Seinen Tai (Young Chefs): Corn & Zucchini Recipes,” features a variety of delicious summer recipes highlighting fresh corn and zucchini.
On the first day, Yanagihara will introduce Corn Yatara-zuke, a Japanese-style pickled corn dish, and Corn and Chicken Breast Takikomi Gohan, Japanese mixed rice cooked with grilled corn and chicken.
On the second day, he will prepare Zucchini Dengaku with Pork Miso and Zucchini Surinagashi, a smooth Japanese-style soup made by puréeing zucchini.
The program will also feature many other delicious summer recipes using corn and zucchini from Kentaro Chin and Ryuta Kijima.
