柳原尚之が米国「Worlds of Flavor 2026」に登壇します
柳原尚之が、2026年11月4日〜6日に米国カリフォルニア州ナパで開催される「Worlds of Flavor 2026」に登壇します。
米国の料理教育機関 The Culinary Institute of America（CIA）が主催するこのイベントは、世界各地の料理人や食の専門家が集まり、食文化や調理技術について学び、交流する国際カンファレンスです。今年は、東アジア・東南アジアの食文化が取り上げられます。
柳原は、11月4日の基調講演で「日本の生食文化について」、翌5日には「精進料理」についてお話しする予定です。
日本料理の作り方だけでなく、その背景にある歴史や文化を伝えること。日々のお稽古で大切にしていることを、海外の料理人や食に携わる皆さまと分かち合う機会になればと考えています。

Naoyuki Yanagihara to Speak at Worlds of Flavor 2026
Naoyuki Yanagihara will speak at Worlds of Flavor 2026, an international culinary conference taking place November 4–6, 2026, in Napa, California.
Hosted by the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), the conference brings together chefs and food experts from around the world to share culinary knowledge and techniques. This year’s program focuses on the cuisines of East and Southeast Asia.
On November 4, Yanagihara will discuss Japan’s culture of eating raw foods in a general session. On November 5, he will speak about “shojin ryori,” Japan’s traditional Buddhist vegetarian cuisine.
Through these two sessions, he will share Japanese culinary techniques and the history and culture that inform them with an international audience.
All dates are local to Napa, California.
