柳原尚之が、NHKラジオ深夜便の２月２１日（土）夜１１時台、２２日（日）０時台の「いい味・オイシイ話」のコーナーに出演します。「食」にまつわる“オイシイ話”をお届けします。後藤繁榮アナウンサーが担当されます。
今回のテーマは「春を呼ぶ山菜」です。

Naoyuki Yanagihara will appear on NHK Radio Shinyabin (Midnight Radio) in the segment “Ii Aji, Oishii Hanashi” (“Good Flavors, Delicious Stories”) during the 11 p.m. hour on Saturday, February 21, and the 12 a.m. hour on Sunday, February 22 (Japan Standard Time).
He will be sharing some “tasty stories” related to food. The program will be hosted by announcer Shigee Gotō.
The theme this time is “Spring-Calling Wild Mountain Vegetables.”
We are also accepting questions and comments—anything you’d like to ask or learn more about. Please send them by post or via email through the Shinyabin website.
